In our experience, professionalism goes a lot further than the cheapest price. Job Jar Maintenance will never be the cheapest, nor will we be the most expensive. Handyman Rate:

1 man @ $60.00/hr - with a 1.5 hr minimum.

2 men @ $95.00/hr - with a 1.5 hr minimum.

Additional men @ $32.00/hr ea.

Materials, consumables and equipment rentals are billed as extra items

Customers may provide their own materials, but keep in mind inferior products may cause more labour time to install/apply. (Ex. Inexpensive paint may require an additional coat) 

For service to locations further than 25 km from our shop, a mileage surcharge applies as follows:
   
Nanton, Black Diamond, Turner Valley - $30.00
South Calgary - $40.00

Quotes and Estimates:

Verbal consultations and quotes are free.

A site visit for a written quote is $60.00.
This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your job when you hire us.

Moving Services Rate:

2 men w/ 16 ft van - $115/hr – with a 2 hr minimum
(No extra fee to disassemble and reassemble furniture or unhook/hook up appliances)
 
Travel surcharge for moves outside of High River - $0.75/km 


All rates are subject to 5% GST
